Module/Loader App
Loader operator app

The loader operator's app. Built for the cab, not the desk.

A focused, PIN-authenticated app for loader operators. Create quick dockets, pick a product and truck, and hand off to the weighbridge app for ticket capture. No full office interface, no menus to get lost in — just the few actions that matter at the face.

  • PIN-auth — operators sign in with a PIN, not a full login
  • Quick dockets: pick customer, product, truck, go
  • Handoff to weighbridge app for ticket capture
  • Built for the cab — big targets, minimal taps, no office interface

What it does

The few actions that matter at the face, nothing else

A focused, PIN-authenticated app for loader operators. Quick dockets, product selection, and weighbridge handoff — without the full office interface. Built for the cab.

One docket, from loader to weighbridge to invoice — the quick docket enters the same lifecycle as any staff-created one.

PIN authentication

Loader operators sign in with a PIN tied to their operator record — no full email/password login at the cab. Fast, simple, auditable.

Quick dockets

Create a docket in a few taps: pick customer, product, truck, and go. Docket numbers are auto-assigned. No menus to navigate.

Weighbridge handoff

After the loader creates the docket, the truck proceeds to the weighbridge. The weighbridge app captures the ticket against that docket.

Customer & product options scoped

The loader sees only the customers, products, and trucks relevant to their quarry — not the whole tenant. Fewer taps, fewer mistakes.

Built for the cab

Big targets, minimal taps, no office interface. Designed for a phone or tablet mounted in a loader, not a desk.

Feeds the same docket lifecycle

Quick dockets flow into the same Jobs, Deliveries, and Invoicing workflow as staff-created dockets. No parallel system.

How it works

From PIN sign-in to docket in the system in four steps

The loader app is the front of the docket lifecycle. Everything after it — weighbridge, delivery, invoice — already exists in QuarryLink.

  1. 01

    Operator signs in with PIN

The loader operator enters their PIN at the start of a shift. The app loads their quarry, customers, products, and trucks.

  2. 02

    Create a quick docket

Pick customer, product, and truck in a few taps. The docket number is auto-assigned and the record is created in QuarryLink.

  3. 03

    Truck proceeds to weighbridge

The docket appears in the weighbridge operator's app. They capture the ticket (tare/gross) against that docket.

  4. 04

    Docket enters the normal lifecycle

From there, the docket flows through Deliveries, Jobs, and Invoicing like any staff-created docket. One system, start to finish.

Key capabilities

What the Loader App adds

A cab-first app that feeds the same docket lifecycle as the office — not a parallel system.

PIN authentication

Operators sign in with a PIN tied to their record — no full login at the cab. Fast, simple, and auditable.

Secure access without a password in the cab.

Quick docket creation

Customer, product, truck, go. Auto-assigned docket numbers. A few taps and the docket exists in QuarryLink.

Seconds per docket, not minutes.

Weighbridge handoff

Quick dockets flow straight to the weighbridge app for ticket capture. No re-entry, no paper ticket to chase.

One docket, from loader to weighbridge to invoice.

Scoped options

Operators see only the customers, products, and trucks for their quarry. Less to scroll, less to get wrong.

The right choices, not all the choices.

Cab-first design

Big targets, minimal taps, no office menus. Built for a phone or tablet mounted in a loader.

Usable with gloves, in dust, in a hurry.

Same docket lifecycle

Quick dockets enter the same Jobs, Deliveries, and Invoicing flow as staff-created ones. No parallel system.

One source of truth, loader to invoice.
