Our story
From a bespoke quarry build to a platform built for the industry
The opportunity identified
A quarry client approached our IT Partners to find an operational software solution. After exploring the market, it became clear there was no one system that met the complexity of real-world quarry operations.
Built for a singular quarry
We (Socoro the company behind QuarryLink) designed and developed a bespoke solution tailored to a single quarry business, solving critical gaps across operations, logistics, and visibility.
Proven in the field
After a year of development, the system went live. It quickly delivered value, and word began to spread across the industry.
Demand exposed the gap
As more quarries requested access, we realised the original solution wasn't scalable. We didn't foresee the opportunity. What we had built for one business needed to evolve into something much bigger.
From product to platform
We began rebuilding QuarryLink as a scalable SaaS platform—designed to support multiple quarries.
Beta & market validation
A beta program launched with select customers, giving us real-world feedback and validating the product direction ahead of full release.
Early access launch
We released a foundational version of QuarryLink, enabling customers to onboard, set up pricing, and manage supply chains while we finalised the full platform.
Official launch
QuarryLink officially launches as a complete end-to-end platform, bringing quarry operations into one unified system.
