Everything you need to know about QuarryLink pricing

Pricing is based on your monthly docket volume. A docket is a delivery record. We count the total number of dockets you create each month, and your price tier is determined by that volume. As you grow, you move into higher tiers with better per-docket pricing.
A docket is created each time you record a delivery to a customer. This includes both direct deliveries and customer pickups.
Yes — cut-off is 6pm the day before your invoice date. Monthly: Increase, decrease, or cancel anytime Annual: Can increase, but can't go below your contracted amount Usage doesn't change your plan automatically — extra dockets are at a higher per docket price, and unused dockets don't roll over.
No setup fees. We include onboarding and data migration as part of your subscription. We'll help you import your existing customer data, products, and pricing during the setup process at no extra charge.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and direct debit. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.
QuarryLink Core is month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can also choose a 12-month agreement for a better rate: either paid monthly (10% off QuarryLink Core) or paid annually upfront (20% off QuarryLink Core).
Overage dockets are charged at 1.5× your contracted QuarryLink Core per-docket rate for your tier and plan. That keeps pricing predictable and encourages choosing the right commitment band as you grow.
Yes. On a 12-month agreement, paying annually upfront gives 20% off QuarryLink Core (paying monthly on the same agreement is 10% off). Optional modules follow the same agreement discount.
For very high volumes or complex needs above the on-site calculator bands, we offer tailored Enterprise terms: custom pricing, enhanced support options, and a dedicated account manager — ask when you enquire.
