From quote to cash — without rekeying a thing
QuarryLink connects your quotes, jobs, dockets, and invoicing into one continuous workflow. Every load, every delivery, and every dollar is tracked automatically — so your team isn't chasing paperwork or fixing mistakes.
- Turn approved quotes into jobs instantly
- Capture every load with digital or printed dockets
- Generate invoices from actual delivered quantities
How it works
One connected workflow from start to finish
Every step flows into the next automatically — no duplication, no manual handoffs, and no gaps between operations and invoicing.
- 01
Quote approved
Once approved, quotes convert directly into jobs — no rekeying, no duplication.
- 02
Job created automatically
All products, quantities, pricing, and delivery details flow through exactly as quoted.
- 03
Dockets capture every load
Every delivery or collection is recorded — digitally (or via printed dockets if you really can't let go) — with real quantities.
- 04
Quantities tracked in real time
Delivered vs remaining is always accurate, across every job and line item.
- 05
Invoice generated from actuals
Invoices are created based on what was actually delivered — not what was estimated.
Key outcomes
One connected workflow from quote to payment
When jobs, dockets, and invoicing share one system, you remove duplication, close gaps, and bill with confidence.
Every tonne tracked, every dollar tied to a delivery — without manual reconciliation.
Quote to cash without rekeying
Approved quotes become jobs, dockets, and invoices with one continuous thread of data.
Every load captured
Digital or printed dockets record quantities with full traceability back to the job.
Invoices from what you actually delivered
Billing reflects real tonnes and lines — not estimates that drift from the yard.
Revenue you can stand behind
Operations and finance see the same job status, quantities, and invoice state.

What changes
What changes when your workflow is connected
When your operations and invoicing are fully connected, your team works faster, makes fewer mistakes, and always knows exactly where things stand.
Your team works from one connected system — where every load is tracked, every quantity is accurate, and every invoice reflects exactly what was delivered.
You stop rekeying the same data
No more copying from quotes into jobs or invoices — everything flows automatically.
You stop guessing what's been delivered
Live tracking means operations and accounts are always working from the same numbers.
You stop losing revenue through errors
No missed dockets, incorrect quantities, or forgotten charges.
You stop chasing paperwork
Dockets, deliveries, and invoicing are all captured in one system — not across emails, paper, and spreadsheets.
Process
From truck on site to start delivery — two flows, one docket
QuarryLink sits between what happens in the yard and what the driver does in the app. The loader's confirmation on the docket is the handoff: it defines what went on the truck before the driver can start the delivery leg.
Truck arrives on site
The vehicle checks in for a scheduled pickup against the job — product, quarry, and customer are already known from the plan.
Docket line is ready
QuarryLink already has the job and a docket line for this load. Dispatch and the yard are looking at one planned movement, not a separate spreadsheet.
Loader fills the truck
The loader puts the ordered material on the truck. The physical load happens at the face or bin — before anyone heads for the gate.
Loader confirms weight or quantity
In QuarryLink, the loader (or yard supervisor) records what went on the truck — gross, tare, net, or tonnes as you operate. That confirmation is the official line on the docket.
Yard sign-off before the gate
The site team is satisfied the load matches the job and any weighbridge or quality checks you require. The truck is not released until your rules are met.
Start delivery stays locked
The Driver App will not allow Start delivery for that leg until the docket line shows a confirmed weight or quantity from the loader flow. Drivers see the same numbers the office will invoice.
Driver leaves site
Once confirmation and your site process are complete, the truck rolls. Everyone is aligned on what left the quarry.
Driver taps Start delivery
With the line confirmed, the driver starts the run in the app. GPS, status, and proof of delivery stay tied to that same docket line through to completion.
Delivery completes
The customer receives the load; any on-site checks or POD steps follow your usual practice.
Job progress & invoicing
Delivered quantities roll up to the job. Invoicing uses the confirmed docket data — no re-keying from a weighbridge docket photo or a second system.
